Bills
- Every option on the Bills screen now says what it is for.
- Quick Bill can be marked Pay later: record what you owe now and settle it later.
- Record who a cost is owed to, such as a bank or a shareholder, without a full address.
- The VAT total in Bill Preview always matches the lines above it.
Reports
- Interest paid gets its own line in the cash flow statement.
- Journal entries show who a balance is owed to or by.
- Gross profit on the Profit & Loss, CFO Deck and Weekly Update subtracts your direct costs.
Smarter scanning
- Receipt and purchase order scans read the document itself, for more accurate figures.
- Scan PDFs of up to five pages on your phone.
- Emirates ID and trade licence scans tell you straight away if the document is the wrong one.
